 A 63 mile ride starting at 09.30 hours from Dalston to Silloth & back. Via Hesket Newmarket, Caldbeck, Uldale, Bothel, Allonby to Silloth. Return via Skinburness, Abbey Town, Lessonhall, Thornby & back to Dalston.

Refreshments at Uldale (18 mile) & Silloth (40 mile).
