Sad news yesterday & an end to a long & eventful era. RIP Queen Elizabeth II.

50 mile ride starting from the bridge at Armathwaite. 0ut via Kirkoswald, Melmerby, Kirkby Thore to Acorn Bank. Return via Langwathby, Plumpton & Southwaite. A few moderate hills but nothing serious. Route  >> HERE <<

Just the one refreshment stop at Acorn Bank (27 mile).

Weather forecast, at this time, is light cloud, dry & warm, with a moderate breeze.
