 Meet at 9.30 in Lay-by on A684 at GR 600923. Take junction 37 off M6 and drive east 1/2 mile (800m) to large set back lay-by on north side of Sedburgh road.

Route goes down the Lune valley for BYO elevenses at Ruskin's View, Kirkby Lonsdale. BYO lunch at Borwick (3km south of Burton-in-Kendal). Outdoor tea at Crooklands on way back north.

Total distance 40-45 miles.
