Meet at 9.30 in lay-by on A684 at GR 600923. Take junction 37 off M6 and drive east 1/2 mile (800m) to large set back lay-by on north side of Sedburgh road. Brunch at chip buttie van, Milnthorpe. Loop round Arnside, Silverdale and Beetham. Tea near Crooklands.

About 45 miles.
