AGM Update

 Langwathby Village hall - lunch 12.30 AGM 14.00

I hope, as usual as many as can make it will come to our annual get-together and AGM. It makes what is a necessary function into a pleasant social occasion. We normally start with a bring and share lunch at 12.30 then start the AGM at 1400

The Agenda will be posted before the meeting but if anyone has an item they would like to discuss and feels that it is relevant to an AGM please contact me and I will add it to the list.

We have managed for a year to keep day to day aspects of the club functioning, without a Chair-person but it would be great if now that 'Covid' is passed we could have a fully working committee. Please consider giving up a small amount of your time to help run the club.

The minutes of the previous AGM are posted on the web site so that you can approve these at the meeting - a few copies will be available at the meeting.

Finally the pre AGM lunch at 12.30 works because people are happy to bring in food to share. There is a list for you sign up to so that we don't all bring the same. You can find this here

If you are unable to bring anything please expect to pay something towards the cost (say £5?) and also sign the list to say you are coming to the lunch.

The image shows the menu and that you can have various options - click/whatever to enlarge 2 or 3 courses plus coffee at £30 or £37 Various dietary requirements can be requested alongside each option -please read the menu carefully then give us your options choices. The easiest way is to use the Form <HERE> which will automatically collate all results. Don't forget to submit at the end and you can get it to send you a copy of your responses.
