Bring and Share Lunch 1230

This is a notice to remind you that our annual meeting at which we review the past year and plan for the coming one, comes up shortly. Several members of the committee come to the end of their tenure and we will need to elect new members. So please think about whether you could help by joining the committee and keeping things going! 

There will also be a presentation of possible new Club Kit and an opportunity to order and try on for size.

We hope to have a Bring and Share light lunch before the meeting and possibly after a short morning ride. If you are attending the lunch then please <SIGN UP> saying what you will bring. Traditionally it has been soup or a light snack/salad followed by crumble and custard

the Agenda for the meeting is published  <HERE> it will be updated and finally sent to all registered members about a week before the meeting

The easiest way is to use the Form <HERE> which will automatically collate all results. Don't forget to submit at the end and you can get it to send you a copy of your responses.
