Ride On Sunday 23 August 09.30 start at the Cottage Hospital Cockermouth  CA13 9HT, no parking restrictions on Sunday.

Two star ride approx 100k but can be shortened as required, will be as flat as possible. Heading south, down to Sellafield, back up the coast on cycle tracks.

Please bring food / drink, keep it simple, coffee stop at our house in Egremont. In order to have an idea of number please advise if planning on riding
